The Pine Street Guest House follows the form of the traditional Georgia single-pen house. In a space eighteen by twenty-one feet, the Guest House provides a welcoming and comfortable accommodation for overnight visitors, with a bedroom, kitchenette, and bath. The use of unpainted pine on both the exterior and interior finishes reflects commonness of that material in the building traditions of this region.
