In collaboration with CWB Architects in Brooklyn, Arcollab has created a modern take on the idyllic retreat in the woods. The house is sited to take advantage of several focal points in the landscape and also to provide optimal exposure for the PV solar array on the roof. The double-height living room offers carefully framed views of the lush surroundings, while the sweeping lines of the screened porch expand the living space into the outdoors. This is a house with many fine moments.
