The Arts Center project centers around the adaptive reuse of an historic downtown church as a performing arts theater. A modern lobby addition provides additional support spaces for the theater while serving as a “connector” for future building expansion. Additional conceptual design was provided to study an expanded arts and cultural center on the site.
