Rehabilitation of a 12,000 sq. ft. historic Masonic building on the town square in downtown McDonough, Georgia.
The street level houses an independent bookstore and bar. The second floor is a multi-purpose event space, and the basement is planned for a future speakeasy. The mix of programs are targeted to generating gathering spaces for the community. The project will bring additional vitality to this thriving small town south of Atlanta.
